Q1 BRIEFING: Focused and Effective Activism – A discussion and tips on how to avoid the chaos and not get rattled

February 13 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

People facing the sun arm in arm with signs.

If you’re like me, no one knit you a pink hat with ears and invited you to a march this January. As commentators ask, “Where is the resistance?” seasoned activists and generous people are still at work.

Join us for a one-hour zoom discussion and panel about how to remain effective and grounded in your activism – whether it’s giving financial resources or your time and voice. Our guest speakers will help us frame this moment in its larger context, think strategically about how and where to give, and demystify how to be an on-the-ground activist.

Speakers include:

  • Kitty Friedman, Philanthropic Advisor and Utah Donor
    Collaborative Board Member
  • Paula Hodges, Strategic Consultant with Committee on
    States
  • Jenessa Jimoh, Ignite! Utah Executive Director

With national and state expertise and a focus on being effective at all stages and ages, we encourage you to share this invitation with your fired-up family members friends, grandchildren, and grandparents.

Political transformation of our state and nation is imperative, and you have the tools to make a difference. Let’s gather to share actionable tips and tricks to make this world a better place, for real, together.

Register here to attend.
