Utah’s political landscape is transforming; the state has moved further left than any other state in the past twenty years. Utah’s rapid growth, changing demographics, and highly educated population present an opportunity to change our political outcomes.
The state’s transformation is now super-charged by a seismic disruption – court-ordered congressional maps that limit partisan gerrymandering. This presents a winning opportunity for Utah to deliver for our country and our state. However, as an emerging state with still-nascent infrastructure, significant capacity gaps exist that, if not addressed, could hinder our effort to seize this opportunity.
