From Nascent Infrastructure to Expert Leadership to Full-Capacity Organizations
In 2023, Utah’s progressive donor alliance launched a fundraising campaign to build the required progressive infrastructure to meet our political potential. Since 2023, we have:

- Utah Votes: Hired a full-time lead for our nonprofit coalition table, with monthly alignment meetings of 20+ organizations and partners.
- Alliance for a Better Utah: Increased staff and program capacity at our communications hub, including deep research on LDS persuadable voters, accountability messaging for our congressional delegation, and weekly messaging alignment.
- Ignite! Utah: Seeded a Gen-Z civic engagement program, that has campus clubs at four universities, a strong social media presence, and pilot programs for high-school pre-registration and middle school civics education.
- WIN coalition: A dedicated partnership of election funders sharing polling and aligning money.
- Better Boundaries & Utahns Protecting Our Constitution: Expanded our anti-gerrymandering organization’s staffing and programming capacity to include protecting judicial integrity, our right to ballot initiative, and funding the litigation.
