Outside of politics, Utah is well known for its red rocks and scenic national parks. Within politics we’re well known for our red domination – every statewide office, our entire federal delegation, and a super majority in both the state house and senate.
But we’re not just super red, we’re also super young. Utah is the nation’s fastest-growing and youngest state. And data demonstrates that young people, especially the well-educated (Utah is ranked third highest for educational attainment), are not comfortable voting like their parents did.
