Utah Donor Collaborative is hiring a part-time Pipeline Manager to lead a new effort – the Utah Pipeline Project. The Pipeline Manager recruits, trains, and supports candidates who reflect the communities they seek to serve, reducing the number of uncontested races and building a durable pipeline of Utah leaders. This position is a part-time contract position. The deadline to apply is August 31, 2026.

We are also hiring a full-time Political Manager experienced in campaign management and with a demonstrated ability to create and execute an electoral plan. Our Political Manager will lead our coalitions and create a shared, multi-cycle strategy to transform Utah into a place with just governance and opportunity for all. This position opens on October 15; priority is given to applications received by November 15, 2026. Estimated start date of mid to late January 2027.
